Chakhesang Baptist Church Kohima’s Children and Music Ministries Host Project 2026 Music Recital for 2023 Batch

The Children Ministry and Music Ministry of Chakhesang Baptist Church Kohima staged Project 2026 Music Recital-I for the 2023 batch with the theme “Let It Shine.” This project aims to enhance the musical abilities of children in preparation for the church’s golden jubilee and the establishment of a music school. They started a basic music course for children aged 11 to 13 on March 5, 2023. The goal of Project 2026 is to nurture and develop the talents of children, instill a love for learning, promote church music, and train musicians for the Jubilee celebration in 2026. The project offers free classes in guitar, piano, drums, and voice. The first recital for the 2023 batch included various musical performances.
