The Additional Superintendent of Police Kohima and PRO, T Relo Aye, reported the incident to Akashvani News Kohima, stating that it was brought to the police’s attention around 7:30 AM. The initial discovery was made by a tenant shopkeeper who detected smoke and promptly contacted the fire department.
