The Nagaland government has issued an office memorandum instructing all departments to initiate the termination of employees appointed on a regular basis without sanctioned posts and against supernumerary posts that automatically stand abolished after the retirement of the incumbent. Chief Secretary J Alam issued the memorandum, also directing all departments to submit their action taken reports by January 10 of the following year.”
