“Sharingain Longkumer, Speaker of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, has been elected as the Chairman of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) India Region, Zone-III, and appointed as President of the North East Regional Institute of Parliamentary Studies, Training, and Research (NERIPSTR).
