With the upcoming World Environment Day celebration on 5th June 2024, Eco-warriors Nagaland, in collaboration with Wokha Forest Division, Dimapur Wildlife Division, Kiphire Wildlife Division, and Doyang Plantation Division, is organizing an online speech competition for all the students of Nagaland.
Event Details:
- Occasion: World Environment Day 2024

- Theme: Land Restoration, Desertification & Drought Resilience
Participation Guidelines:
- Video Submission:
- Participants should create a speech video lasting 2-3 minutes.
- Videos must be submitted via WhatsApp to any of the following numbers:

- Deadline for submission: No videos will be accepted after 4th June 2024, 12:00 am.
- The video should not exceed 3 minutes in length.
- In the caption of the video, participants must specify their name, class, and school with the address.
- Topics and Categories:
- Class 1-4: Importance of trees, water, and animals.
- Class 5-8: Pollution/Pollutants you see in your day-to-day life and how you will mitigate them.
- Class 9-12: Choose from the following slogans:
- “Our Land, Our Future, we are #GenerationRestoration”
- “Go green; Breathe clean”
Judging Criteria:
- Videos will be judged based on content, presentation, and adherence to the theme.
