In a remarkable feat, the Ayodhya Deepotsav in Uttar Pradesh achieves a world record by lighting over 22 lakh diyas. The enchanting display took place at 51 ghats of Ayodhya, including the iconic Ram Ki Paidi. The event was graced by dignitaries, including Governor Anandiben Patel, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Ministers, cabinet ministers, and ambassadors from 52 countries.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed that Deepotsav has evolved into a significant event not only for Ayodhya and Uttar Pradesh but has also become a distinctive celebration for the entire country and the world. This accomplishment aligns with the vision of ‘Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat’ outlined by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The event symbolizes unity and excellence, reflecting the cultural richness and shared traditions of the nation.
